The spacious vacation apartment "Johanni" offers enough space for up to 5 people and is located on the 1st floor of the newly built house. From the south-facing balcony you have a beautiful view of the entire massif of the Wetterstein mountains, including the Alp and Zugspitze. You can also enjoy this view from the living and dining area as well as from the bedroom. From the shared room you can see the Ammergebirge and the Farchanter Hausberge "Schafkopf" and "Brünstlkopf". The comfortable apartment spoils you with modern technology and Bavarian-traditional ambience. We manage very sustainable. Electricity and underfloor heating are produced by our log heating system. We get the wood for this from our local forest. In addition, a photovoltaic system supplies us with energy. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower as well as other amenities such as hair dryer, towel dryer, and much more. The open dining and living area invites you to relax and linger. In the modern and high-quality furnished kitchenette all utensils are available to provide yourself in the best way. Refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven and of course a dishwasher save you time that you should not invest in the household on vacation. Of course, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other kitchen aids are available for you in the apartment "Johanni". The bedroom with south-facing balcony has a double bed. In the "children's" room a bunk bed and a single bed provide pleasant dreams. By the way, the apartment is named after our son Johannes (the 4th generation Hans Hibler ;-) ). In Bavaria the holy "Johanni" is celebrated on June 24th. Maybe you will be there when the mountain fires are lit in his honor on June 23 in the mountains. Our Hannes has worked diligently in the furnishing of this apartment. We hope you feel at home!

Due to the high ceiling height, you will only notice that you are in the attic through the large panoramic skylights. From the south balcony you have a beautiful view of the whole massif of the Wetterstein mountains, including the Alp and Zugspitze. This view can also be enjoyed from the living and dining area.
